Tallinn Finnish School is especially designed for Finns, living in Estonia. The school offers a comprehensive education from pre-school to ninth grade.
Tallinn Finnish School follows the Finnish national core curriculum, with opportunities to also follow the Estonian national curriculum. The operating language is Finnish, but all students also learn Estonian. Teachers are either Finnish, or local teachers teaching in Finnish. In addition to teaching, the school provides diverse hobby groups and clubs (dance, art, computer, floorball and English clubs). The school also has after-school activities for 1st and 2nd grade students.
Tallinn Finnish School offers upper secondary studies in cooperation with Eira High School for Adults, based in Helsinki. The program has mostly independent online studies, with classroom teaching in languages and Mathematics.

The Finnish School has worked in Tartu since autumn 2000. The school shares it´s premises with Tartu International School. They locate at Veski street, close to the city center.
The school includes all elementary school grades 1-9 and preschool. Teaching is done mostly in combined classes, many subjects are taught together with the International School. Lately there has been about 15 students at the Finnish school. Tartu Finnish School is one of the official finnish foreign schools, and the teaching is organized by the Tartu Finnish School´s Association.
